SIMONI manufactures brushes from 6 generations, precisely since 1830. During the last decades the Company became a specialist into the design and production of technical brushes on customer request. The main characteristics of SIMONI are therefore a great adaptability to the demands of the customer (both for relevant quantity and for little orders of complex brushes), and the capability to suggest him new solutions with own specific plans.
A wide range of raw materials is available in store, thus we can manufacture the suitable samples for the previous evaluation of the reliability of the brushes to be defined. The Production Department is based on the most recent technologies, as a warranty of quality of the product, that also is assured by the Quality System UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 (first certification obtained on 1999).

INDUSTRIAL BRUSHES
These products are used in many different mechanicals processes, and are apllied in several sectors. The most important are Packaging, Sheet Metal Machines, Food , Textile, Graphic, Wood , Glass Industries. The filaments are used in a wide range of applications, varying from synthetic and abrasives up to natural bristles and metal wires. The technical brushes can assume many different shapes, and the dimensions can vary from few millimeters up to some meter. Our technicians are at your disposal to suggest the best and cheapest solution. Prompt and accurate offers are done due to a special software improved by our Company.

BRUSHING MACHINES
The natural evolution for a Company that well knows the brushes and their uses is to propose to the customer complete applications with brushes. So new interesting projects are risen, brushing machines that the customer only must install on his own plant, without care about functioning, motion and standards. For example we made duster devices for films and plates and machines for cleaning of mechanical parts in automatic plants. New brushing machines can be studied for specific needs of the customer. Of course all this required an improvement of the planning activity, more complex than for brushes, and the results for us and our customers are really satisfying.

3-D CORONA TREATMENT
The Corona Treatment is obtained by means of an electric discharge . This discharge, with high frequency and voltage, is applied to tri-dimensional plastic objects. The treated surface keeps in this way an excellent wettability, so that the little liquid drops can adhere onto it. By using the Corona Treatment it is widely possible to enhance the following processes :
